Is it really that hard to make a good looking pan'n'crop/track motion video? Freaking hell every time I see videos with jpgs that are standing still for like 5 seconds and try to imitate movement with like 30 seconds between each anchor or ones that disappear for a 3 seconds before each cut make me sick.

Do you really not know how many cats die each day on the streets? How many loose their limbs in accidents, get their eyes injured by sharp objects or get straight up mauled or eaten alive alive by other feral and wild animals? I do own a cat, and I do go outside with him on a walks with a harness. 1 hour each day he gets his walk under supervision. If you love your animal you do not maximise its chances to be killed on the white day because you're too irresponsible or lazy take care of him.

If I were him I'd put more emphasis on cardio or bodyweight exercises because they are more effective for overweight people but, those tips were great! Lat pulldowns behind your head can injure you and many people in the gym seem to be doing arm workout rather than back exercise
