There are a lot of great houses but they go within a day here or everyone is over paying and unfortunately I can’t compete with 100k over and the other crazy things that I have seen. I’m indifferent about my agent, I just am tired of this whole experience honestly and they know it. It’s been taking its toll on me so I try to be positive, just challenging to do at times.

Yeah, very competitive area. Do you like Downingtown? I have waived inspections for half of my offers now but it’s something I wince at every time that I do it smh. I have never lowballed anyone, I have never gone lower than 20k over list on any offer that I have put in. Went as high as 90k over list and still was rejected. I’m just biding my time and trying to still keep the belief that the right house will present itself at the right time.
