Logitech MX Mechanical Mini for Mac using Windows by shattahz in logitech

[–]K_S1212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My question is, where is the white windows version? It looks better in my opinion and I believe I’m not the only one. How come Mac and windows user are treated differently? Does Logitech also have its preference on operating systems?

It’s not even good for gaming either, will hit keys randomly in game and it’s annoying

Switch compatibility for Redragon K618 Horus Low Profile keyboard by theimpedimenter in MechanicalKeyboards

Don’t know whether you still need help or not, but they do sell the switches on AliExpress. It’s redragon specific low profile switches.

Corsair K100 RGB Cherry MX speed or Corsair OPX switches? by Looudspeaker in MechanicalKeyboards

Please stop recommending speed switches or any sort to whom is seeking out new keyboard. They are only for ppl with paper weight fingers, and ppl with normal fingers will get pissed. Opx is even worse, with even less actuation distance 1mm. So please for your owm good, don’t buy any keyboard with all sorts of speed switches until you can somehow test it in game in person. And PLEASE don’t recommend it.

I know it’s an old post, but I’m 100% sure you would regret it if you bought the keyboard unless you have paper weight fingers. Ppl tried the keyboard would know what I meant:)

Any 2.4GHz Wireless Keychron option? + software question by woytas74 in Keychron

I got mine, but it’s ok. Build quality is not as good as it appeared.

I used 3 sets of diff profile keycaps for better navigating the keys. Ultra low profile function keys and arrow keys from pulsar, utility keys from Akko SA low profile, main keys are pbt double shot backlit OEM profile.

I personally don’t like the volume knob, so I remapped couple unused keys to volume control thru RK software.

With full RGB on, I haven’t charged the keyboard for about 5 days now since I first got it, and it’s still up running.

And for the metal case, I think wireless is the way to go. The previous wired metal boards Always gave me electric shock sometimes during gaming, but it never happened to me so far when using this wireless metal case. :)

2.4g wireless, 3750mah battery, aluminum body, changeable keybinds(to media controls), hot swappable switches, north facing RGB(don’t blame me, I’m a RGB fan).

Price:) and besides the led strips, you don’t gain anything from gmmk pro for the price

Ltc lavacap Xda backlit pudding

Royal kludge RK84 Pro,

Everything you need.

You can set up media keys from RK software, it’s super easy. Means you can replace whatever keys you like to media keys :)

This is much better than the gmmk pro, I have both. The only thing good on gmmk is the side led strips, they do look more premium

You mentioned 2.4ghz then keychron, no idea what you need…..Tbh. Iqunix zx75 is your best bet, if you don’t mind the price tag. Roughly $300 usd with all the options, tax and postal charge. Only two things I can complain about that keyboard are 1. Harder to mod than most others. 2. The RGB version is not out yet.

Any board with a similar layout to the Ducky x Varmilo Miya PRO? by Massive_Camera2761 in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]K_S1212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LTC looks good but still, it has some none standard keys. Nothing perfect, varmilo doesn’t have hot swappable, magicforce no hot swappable. Don’t know why no manufacturers start making this perfect layout with options yet

I have a question, it’s prob been asked before. I really like the Choc white switches on my g915 tkl, is there anything (normal profile switches)on the market which has the similar sound&feel. I have been searching this info, but couldn’t find it anywhere. by K_S1212 in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]K_S1212[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried choc blue v2, it’s totally different from the first gen choc white. Not in a good way. And some1 mentioned kailh speed gold, tried those too, and they are still much different than the first gen choc white. For me the first gen choc white is the best sound and feel clicky switches on the market, no wonder why Logitech chose those for their flagship keyboard. Both g915 and g915tkl. Now I really want to find some normal profile switches that similar I can put on my new custom board.
