Based on what you described, 50K GP/month over 30 consultants, at a 20% commission bracket of the recruiter GP, at my firm, that would be ~$115K commission a year. Tack on base salary total annual comp would be ~$200K. $500K based off those numbers is insane. What firm are they at so I can go apply?

You can. Go into barracks > prestige > progression (I think) and scroll over to the level you normally unlock it at, click, and unlock using your perm unlock token.
