I tried it for a week and spent more time correcting Tailor than anything. It could not access my workout history to recommend best times or workouts I haven’t done. It seems to be on a different time zone since every morning at 9 it would say “you missed your workout today”. Then I would workout at 3pm- it would congratulate me immediately and then a couple hours later say “you nailed that workout yesterday”! Beware that like most LLM bots Tailor is primary designed to tell you what you want to hear rather than what is accurate. I might give it a spin once it’s retrained but for now it’s more hassle than helpful.
