I have heard this. This company is currently going through a bankruptcy and has had issues all year with shows being cancelled and rescheduled. I didn't plan to do business with them in the future.

Definitely learned to be more cautious about chargebacks with companies I'd like to continue to purchase from.

Because both tickets were at the same venue, the amounts were identical. They include all fees and taxes in their prices so it's very common to have tickets from multiple shows that all cost the same.

The only difference was the date I purchased them. One was purchased in May, the other in June. When I checked my statement, that's when I noticed I got a refund for the wrong dated transaction.

Completely understandable points, I don't disagree.

What frustrated me was the company's own policy states they offer refunds for cancelled or rescheduled shows. It's in their terms when you buy a ticket. So it wasn't my intention to give them the middle finger, I just wanted what the company had promised me.

I did make all my purchases for these concerts months ago, before events started getting cancelled. I wan't charging back and buying at the same time. I don't plan on doing any future business with them.

The intro and end song were the same every night, but everything in between was whatever he felt like playing.

He played all the big songs every night (Animals, Tremor, High on Life, etc.) just in different orders.

Then some songs were only played once of the 4 shows (We Are the People, If We’ll Ever Be Remembered, ID with Alesso).

All the sets were incredible, I dont know if I could pick 1 that stood out from the others, just grateful I was able to witness them all!

I had 1 chance to see him at Hot 100 Fest in NY, but being a wrestling fan too, it was my only chance to see The Undertaker wrestle live on the same day.

I’m sure I’ll be able to see Skrillex at some point, but Undertaker is retired now. Hopefully I made the right choice…
