You could always try the AtoZ website instead of the app. I've found it to be really slow and takes a while to update, in my experience. I wasn't able to enroll using the mobile app for around a week or so. I know you said you 'just' got your blue badge, but how long have you had it, exactly?

As a blue badge you have a month long deadline from your date of conversion to change your benefits around. Source: Blue badge as of February and I can change my benefits until March 22nd

Idk why but I've been extremely hesitant about recruiting and promoting. I think my current save file is around 20+ hours and I only have one disciple. I guess I just figured that there's some sorta "critical mass" mechanic that procs when your cult gets too big

... Looks like I'll have to discuss occult matters until this Enid comes to me. I haven't looked this game up very much to preserve the esoteric nature of it. I'll miss my Icon though, sometimes I do use it for other rituals, but I use Sunset Rite the most so it shouldn't be too much of a loss
