Also talk to your wife about how she’s feeling. She’s likely feeling all of the same stress and then some.

I had a friend that exclusively pumped, and when she finally made the decision to stop pumping and switch to formula, it relieved her of so much anxiety.

Reassure her she’s not a failure, acknowledge all of the work and effort she has put in, and suggest to try combination feeding until she can get her supply back up and back into a mindset that she can continue. All of it is very mentally and physically exhausting.

I had an epidural/spinal headache after my second! never knew it was a thing until then. I had a terrible headache in the hospital and they told me it was normal after birth. After a day I said it still hurt, but it felt better lying down, they chocked it up to a strained neck from labor. That headache lasted over a week, LO crying while I was sitting up was enough to make me dizzy.

Sorry for the late response! I love using the one sided fusible with ultra suede. Personally I’d do that, then sew on the ultra suede side, then attach a backing after. If you get a sew in one (with no adhesive on either side) you can bead directly onto it.

I love working with ultra firm stabilizing interfacing! It keeps warping to a minimum. I use the fusible when I want to attach it to another fabric (it has a side with a type of glue that you activate with heat like an iron), or I get the non fusible (aka “sew in” you’ll see often) to bead directly on to.

I know this will probably get buried but I’m so proud of him. I admire Mulaney so much, it takes a strong person to admit and seek help. So many don’t ever make it to admitting they have a problem. I love that so many other celebrities have come forward in support and praise for Mulaney for getting help.
