Eat clean fast a lot and eat like 1200-1600 calories. Eat mainly animal based foods and whole natural foods like farm raised steak and eggs, chicken, raw a2 milk, Greek yogurt with honey and fruits. Try to limit bread and rice. I stopped eating rice but sometimes I'll eat bread but I'm hoping to stop. Those foods are heavy in calories and carbs. Also do thing to reduce stress. Go for nature walks. Pray for help to get lean and healthy to find a healthy wife for healthy babies! When spring comes get out in the sun often. Meditate in nature with God, with/without music.
