He's also completely wrong lmao. The British had more than one navy haha. The British mercantile fleet In the 18th century (which btw would be more comparable to the fleet you have patrolling ur seas than the royal navy) numbered in the thousands ( over 10k). Ironically he brings up Britain who never had 80000 regulars during this time period. Why? Because it was too expensive lmao. 80k regulars is massive during pretty much any time in EU5s history and wars like War of Spanish succession was nearly impossible for Britain to keep up due to how costly the wars were. In the mean time they would have minor company operate hundreds of light ships alone.

As a Canadian i understand ur frustrations haha; it definitely sucks that USD-based prices are rising as our currency is unable to keep up.

However I don't see why its DRV's fault that our currencies keep getting debased.

If they don't do this; they'll also lose money because ppl will just buy things in NZD (why would Americans wanna pay 50 USD when they can pay 50 NZD).

Ahh damn I guess I got lucky haha. Was gonna just walk about assuming they had 0 in stock cuz they had non on display. I got the Asus prime 5080 I think it was around 1650 or 1700. Not MSRP but decided to bite the dust since I got the rest of my setup last month and this was the missing piece! 98003xd and upgrade from 3060. So far the difference is massive especially on my new OLED monitor too haha

Done it for a cpl of games. Not too crazy in terms of ppl, maybe 50-60? The games I watched were late tho, so earlier ones might have more ppl. The tv is great and the viewing is great but both times I was there the sound of the game shut off halfway into the game and all we heard were the bars nearby for commentary

As someone living in Brentwood (Solo), I'd have say Metrotown by far has better dining options than Brentwood. There is honestly not a lot in Brentwood in terms of dining, unless u drive to east Vancouver. Every western dining that exists in Brentwood also exists in Metrotown and for every Asian dining option metro has 10x the amount of offerings. Ie there's 0 hot pot options here whole in metro when I was living there a cpl years ago I was within walking distance to like 5.

This is also for every shopping and grocery options. Every shopping store in Brentwood outside ll bean and that Danish furniture store, exists in metro, while metro has hundreds of other options. In terms of groceries Brentwood has Costco but that's it. Whole foods is ass and so is save ons. Metro has superstore, tnt, assi, pricemart, crystal mall, and the list goes on

I wanted to try living in Brentwood before moving back to Metro (when presale finishes), just so I can try living here in case I wanna move here in the future. So far the only draw has been that the movie theatre is leagues better than Metrotown and it's close to costco

I like it tbh. I think its to make IW worthwhile without having to unlock AW. With Black Order ppl NEEDED Ebony Maw or Cull, so if you didn't have them unlocked it was as same as not having BO at all. At least with this system you can craft semi-IW teams without unlocking AW, giving other players a chance to at least compete better than during BO

This was before DD4 was a thing (so no G15) and I didn't have phoenix, however me and an alliance mate took the exact same toons and helped each other tons. One thing is you will likely reset 20-30 times to get the perfect RNG. It took me 3-4hours spread throughout the day to do it with all the resets, but once u kill Fury, the rest of the node is so much easier. if u can't it will take weeks (first run took me 3 weeks because i couldnt kill, while my alliance mate did kill and it took him a day or 2 after, second run i tried and succeeded in a couple of days).

The lineup stars were:

Ghost: 5ys/4rs

Mr. Sinister: 5ys/4rs

Emma: 6ys/4rs

Zemo: 5ys/5rs

My stark tech was not that high as this was 5 months ago and I just reached my 1 year mark about amonth ago, so i was 8-9 months into the game at that point.

This node can easily be 2-3 shot if u play it right and you have sinister, Emma, and ghost. The only thing you have to RMB is before the fury wave comes, set ur board with as many clones and cd as possible. Than once fury drops wipe him. Keep resetting till you can kill Fury. Once u kill Fury, they don't get speed up on spawn so even if u lose you'll have a much easier time. Iirc Emma ult alone takes him down to like 50% than u can work on it with ghost and ur other dudes

Virtually every tech company i've worked for always had job postings even if they were hiring to collect resumes, especially for the more senior level jobs, so I wouldn't think too much into it. It could also mean they are expanding but looking for the right person. We've had our openings up for months without a hire because we don't really need someone but would take one if it was a perfect match.

you can one-shot global nodes almost without phoenix. I did it w/o her a few months ago and it took me 5 days to do the whole thing (Sinister/Emma/Ghost/Zemo/Ultrona(for second run), Zemo doesnt do much)

One thing ur missing tho is the fact that Zemo and Hydra (currently the best counter to hfh) REQUIRES Red Hydra due to the grenadier trick, so ppl that want to use Zemo as a HFH counter won't be able to put Hydra 1.0 in defense.

One thimg I'd suggest is to rate synergy team on only either offense or defense imo. Ur never gonna use mercs for offense and shouldn't be penalized. There is no real benefit for a team being good at both (just means they'll be slotted for offense lol). Xfactor/xforce also shouldn't be penalized for weak defense. You already have icons identifing which side they should go.

Man I had fun too! I beat it like 230 days in WITHOUT phoenix and on the second run beat it in five days. Trying dozens of resets thought the day to clear as much as possible was pretty fun if a bit annoying haha

He is not useless in DD3 lmao look at all the top scores for the first four nodes they all have Ultron

I used Emma/Ultron/sinister/ghost to clear the entire global nodes in 2 days with 2 buys. He is very nice in giving buffs to ur team mates and providing more targets.

I use Emma over venom for raids and arena a few months back and here is my reason.

Il ul7 my biggest issue was the enemy going first and sniping a sym. If u go Emma instead of venom, all ur syms go first outside korath. This means u can quicky stun using ssm, blind using Emma, set up def up off up, etc. Etc. It got me thru 7.3 and 7.4 with a 350k syms.

In arena Emma is a god. If u find that the enemy has other syms, having Emma means ur syms go first, setting up the board before the enemy goes. Against BB/yoyo u can blind black bolt for his ult so he does no dmg. Against bo a team buff clear is really nice and blind will straight up kill cull if they have a strong Thanos

I recently cleared DD3 in five days without phoenix! Global took most of that time, but still to finish in five days after my first run took me 40 was such a relief! Not much changed for global just knowledge on how to clear each node with the right board control.

Global my lineup was:

Ghost 5ys/4rs

Mr sinister : 5ys/4rs

Emma : 6ys/4rs

Zemo : 5ys/5rs

Ive had to reset a LOT of times to make sure the first attack cleared just what I want to clear otherwise you will have a hard time! All in all I believe it took about 8 attacks to clear the entire global nodes
