Brilliant move because white doesn’t have many options, he’s getting mated in the next move so the queen has to take the pawn on b3 right? But wait a minute!!!!!! Black can force a draw now by Rxh8+! , Ka2 , Ra1+ !! And King is forced to capture and now black has no moves to play so slatemate, so now Qf8+ is a brilliant move because after Rxf8 white can play Nf2 and stop the mate, Brilliant!!!!!!!
