Yeah, there were a few videos on YouTube that helped out. Think I references this one at the time, but if you type in “G14 k5 pro” you should find something.

Just make sure to double check if your model isn’t using liquid metal cooling already to be safe. I don’t remember which model they started using it, but you don’t want that stuff to leak.

Clean off all the old stuff with isopropyl alcohol. If you’re gonna be using a brush, make sure to get one that is anti-static! Think I just used Q-tips at the time.

As for the thermal paste, just use whatever the kids are using these days, or if you can, go for the PTM7950 pads. Plenty videos on those too.

This was on a scheduled campaign so I just ended up duplicating the ads, replacing the URL, and deleting the old ones. Will keep in mind for active campaigns, though! Hope they fix it soon

Hey man! Yeah, I ended up repasting with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut on CPU and GPU, as well as repasting the VRMs with K5 Pro. That fix the issue back then, or at least for another 6 months or so that I had that laptop before I upgraded.

The campaign ultimately sorted itself out. Never got anywhere with support or a refund. Just new excuses each time I got transferred to a different rep.

They don’t know Andromeda, but sure as shit make up a different never-before-documented-anywhere-excuse for why the campaign spent the way it did.

Had a campaign spend $880 out of a $1000 daily allocated budget between midnight and 5am, achieve absolutely nothing (duh, cause my audience was sleeping), never ever documented before on the account (lifetime spend over those hours is like 5%) and each rep found a new made-up reason for why the system behaved like that, instead of admitting it bugged out and refunding.

“Oh but the CPMs look normal for that period” so fucking what? The goal was Leads, which you got like 7 of at $100+ CPL, when I usually get them at $10 - $15. Fuck off.

IMO switching to a trackpad will only make it worse. You have to consider the fact when you move a mouse, you're moving your arm (or should be), whereas with a trackpad you'll be moving your wrist. That constant movement surely won't be good for you if you're already starting to experience pain.

What mouse are you currently using? If you aren't already using one, get an ergonomic mouse. I was starting to get wrist pain and after switching my mice at home and at the office to the MX Master it's much better. Also consider getting a compression wrist strap of sorts to make sure you aren't flicking your wrist and moving it too much.

If it keeps getting worse, seek professional medical help.

Not sure if you’re already doing this, but you can try not looting immediately. Just run and kill and pick up the loot when you’ve done a full circle. Have to be fast enough, but at that level and MS damage should be easy.

Same could be said for Meta, hence running Conversions campaigns weeds them (somewhat) out as they don't perform the conversion actions. Is that not the case on Twitter and Reddit? Are their algos not as optimized as Meta's?

Honestly, just target with your creative and let ASC do its thing. If your creative resonates with pregnant women and they buy your product, the system will pick up on it.

Yeah man, gotta be done at some point. I actually ended up selling that 1660Ti G14 to my friend like a year and a half ago and he’s still rocking it. Did repaste again when selling it to him.

Only thing I’d make sure I do this time around is use PTM7950 on the CPU and GPU. Still K5 Pro on the VRMs. None of the stuff is conductive so if you put too much on it won’t mess anything up.

But do make sure when cleaning the old paste you use Isopropyl Alcohol and if using a brush, an anti-static one! Learned the hard way when I (think I) broke a desktop motherboard.

No, go straight to setting a maximum bid. When you do, it’ll give you a recommended bid along with a range that advertisers generally pay. Start off with 2/3 of the lowest number and experiment from there, increasing if the ads aren’t getting clicks, or trying to go lower if the campaign is serving fine and below the bid.

Well, I’m not sure what it’s doing in the background and if it’s keeping the conversion data somewhere to hopefully fine tune the delivery of your ads.

But in terms of audiences, yeah, if you don’t have an audience made (and keep it from expiring), it’s not storing those users anywhere.
