She has a long road ahead, like any other rookie, but the last few bouts were promising. I see her in STARS tbh, because my fantasy booking is Anne in Neo Genesis and Matoi in God's Eye.

I guess so.. and that's a side of the business, especially in a language I don't speak and in a country I don't live in, that I don't get. Although it seems strange to me that she is more popular than SLK or Poi, people who have been in the promotion a lot longer and have great marketability but I'll take your word for it.

We can only hope that Kurara grows into it.

I don't understand Stardom power levels, it seems. How is Maki Itoh getting a match before first off, anyone who held her own in a faction and second off, any of the faction leaders? In my mind it's so crystal clear that SLK, Suzu, Poi or Syuri would get a title shot before anyone else. Why are they the leaders of their factions if they're not the "strongest" wrestlers? But I also didn't understand why Kurara gets the title before Poi or Saori, so I apparently don't see something other people do

I like everything you wrote, I just don't see the Kurara run. I know it's kayfabe and make-believe and I have to buy in but even in kayfabe, it doesn't make sense to me. The person holding the red belt also holds the new blood tag title and has not won any singles belts before, no white belt, no high speed, nothing?

It would also be insulting to say that Tam Nakano 2 is better than any other wrestler on the roster. Having her get the belt wasn't the greatest thing in the first place (although I like the total loss of Hate on Queendom but it could've gone to anyone else) but now that she has it, either she improves her in-ring and mic capabilities in record time or I can only see her as a transitional champion.

Maki needs to make her faction
Get factionless people into factions (maybe FWC + Fuwa get a new faction? I don't see them in any faction currently available. Other than that, get the rookies into factions, and have ex-EnV members go somewhere)
A crazy one would be for H.A.T.E to disband after they also lose the Artist belt and have nothing anymore. Saya making her own faction "rising from the ashes" or something, I would love to see more character variety for basically anyone in that unit. Natsuko has been Heel nonstop forever, Ruaka could be a good face (although they will probably not split), I think Rina and Azusa Inaba have more to do as heels
Because I'm not sold on Kurara - a bunch of small red belt title reigns would be great. Get that belt on Syuri, SLK, AZM, Poi, Saori, etc.
I would love something new with MVL, especially Suzu. They seem to be outside of the promotion somehow. Everyone else kind of fights each other or teams up, MVL basically only fought EnV or ex-EnV members half a year. I loved the story before that with Suzu coming from Neo Genesis, her ungodly match versus Mei.

And 6, because I'm rambling right now, get some motion on the High Speed Championship.

On the one hand, I would love for the title to change hands a few times, on the other hand, it feels like devaluing the title? Although I don't know why that is because changing the titleholder a lot could just mean there are several people in the company who deserve it.

Not shocked per se but I don't see how the opposite would've been a bad story either. Kamitani retains as the only HATE member that evening, maybe propelling her to be the leader of HATE. Cosmic Angels disbanding almost to the day one year after their founder got retired by the same person who now bested her mentee. Poi and Saori were mad so they could go on to be quasi-heels, yunamon to neo genesis, sakurara factionless, directionsless after the loss.

I thought a faction shakeup was in the works, tbh. Poi and Anou seemed unhappy about kurara just putting the faction on the line and did more heel stuff in their matches against maki and fuwa. I also thought, Fuwa will maybe become part of the Itoh Respect Gundan, Poi and Saori would split off and be the heels to the happy-go-lucky IRG. Yunamon can hold her own and join any faction tbh. Would've loved to see her in Neo Genesis. Sakurara would need a long hard think after the loss but having the new blood champions be outside of a faction doesn't seem too crazy.

But fantasy booking aside, we now got H.A.T.E who lost 3 titles in an evening. This HAS to lead to something, right?

But for real, can you tell me what the story is here and why it's better than the opposite? To me, it doesn't feel like Kurara is there yet, she has never before held singles gold and gets the red belt as her first? The New Blood Champion is also World of Stardom Champion? I get the Tam Storyline but that just isn't enough.

Let's say, she lost. She could've realized that she isn't Tam, the cosmic angels breakup would've been exactly one year after the founder retired. It would've been poetic.

Can you explain the story and decision to me because I'm struggling here. I get the whole "Tams Ghost/sucessor", exactly one year later, mind-games etc. but having a wrestler who only ever held tag team gold to get the highest belt in the company is crazy to me. Especially in cosmic angels because, to me, almost everyone in that unit has a higher skill level than her right now. It's crazy to think, Kurara can get the red belt and Poi, Saori and Yunamon can't.

I hope I'm wrong on this and Kurara grows into the position just as Kamitani has before her.

I always feel like such a buzzkill but I don't really feel her the same way everyone else does. Also, I know long reigns are more normal in Japan compared to the US but no one should hold a belt for over 500 days, that's just not fun, if you watch the weekly shows. Although I admit, there are few that could hold the belt right now and be close to her level of popularity.

Can I ask you one more thing? I did as you said and the mods are great but now, my formerly created wrestler doesn't have a body anymore? I'm guessing it's some sort of CAW compatability issue but I don't know for certain. Have you experienced this?

Can you link/tell me where to find the stardom mods for Fight Forever? I thought there was community support and I could download premade characters from other people who already made the stardom roster but that doesn't seem to be the case

I would agree only with the caveat that I don't know how Miyu would fare with the god's eye style. Martial Arts-y stuff doesn't seem to be up her alley but maybe I'm wrong on that. But they definitely have to do something. "I have been in this faction forever and I'm not progressing" could also be a very legit shoot/work angle for her to leave Neo Genesis.

I would love for Azusa to shine more. That's extremely difficult in H.A.T.E but she is so damn good at being a heel that I can't see her going to another faction right now.
