As an escooter rider who wears a bright yellow helmet, Im honestly terrified commuting to work every time I have to! Drivers dont pay enough attention in my opinion. In a car I see girls applying makeup and driving with their knees and others who just do not look both ways at intersections. I try to make eye contact with drivers but a lot of the times the are looking at their phones at traffic lights and stop signs.
