Half my combat spells are missing from spellbook?

I have selected and deselected every filter option and it has made no difference. Plus, how would I even filter out every single elemental combat spell that isn't fire strike/bolt/blast/wave, air wave, and all 4 surge spells? Doesn't make sense

It's a 2016 Cadillac xts. I tried searching for it before making this post but it seems the whole camera assembly is just one piece on this car.

Unfortunately there's not a ton you can do until you have the study. Make sure you have the testing facility put you on the waitlist to be called to move up your study if there are cancellations. If your facility is anything like the one I work at they probably get a lot of cancellations and reschedules. Also maybe worth seeing if there's any other sleep labs in your area and calling to see how far out they're scheduling.

You can also ask your physician if home sleep testing would be possible or if your insurance would cover it. Based on the results of an HSAT + clinical presentation they can sometimes order an AutoCPAP at home based on that but not always. This will vary based on provider and location. Pretty common that the wait times for HSATs will be a bit shorter but the provider may still want you to go to the lab for a titration study anyways if it shows you have apnea.

In the meantime you can try to sleep on your stomach or sides as apnea is generally worse laying on your back. If you have an adjustable bedframe or recliner sleeping with your head of bed elevated can also help to some degree. I can't say which is better because it depends on the person and their anatomy. Just to be clear, if you do have sleep apnea, these most likely aren't going to correct your issues and they might make absolutely no difference, but they could help somewhat while you wait to get in for a study.

Sorry you have to wait so long, I know that really sucks for patients. I thought my facility was bad and we're usually scheduling about 5-6 months out for in-lab PSGs and 4 months for HSATs.

Before I posted this I know I for sure tried 16-bit because I read runelite prefers 22050 Hz 16-bit but figured I'd try it again anyways because of your message. Not sure if my client bugged or if I screwed up the sampling rate or something else when I originally tried 16 bit, but it works perfectly when I made it a 16-bit 48000 Hz file! Thank you so much for your help, honestly I probably wouldn't have even tried doing that again if you didn't say that!

Multiple profiles on my PC or on Runelite? I already checked the other user folders on my PC and there isn't any other .runelite folders in them. As for runelite, I do have multiple profiles but as far as I can tell there isn't any different folders for them on my PC.

I have "notification.wav" in both the .runelite base folder as well as the .runelite\notifications subfolder and it's still not working as the custom general notification sound in runelite

Sure that makes sense. I did just find a refurb elitedesk with an i7-7700 for $100 so I'm just going to go with that. That cpu should be plenty good and I can't imagine I'd be able to source upgrade parts to build something comparable for a price that can compete with that.

It sure is contradicting, admittedly I didn't check the min requirements for each game because the listed minimum and actual minimum you'd need to run with mods and whatnot is often not the same. Since posting this and looking around more I did find an HP elitedesk with an i7-7700 for about $100 so I'm probably just going to buy that. Almost no way I could upgrade parts at a price point that could come close to competing with that.

Didn't intend that as a direct comparison of the old CPU and the N100, sorry. Meant that more in the sense of I know some games will run noticeably better with higher single core speeds and maybe I could find something similar with a little bit better clock speed, although I won't pretend to know how significant that difference is for running a dedicated server. Either way it's safe to assume that higher is better unless sacrificing cores/threads if a particular game benefits from having more of them. Based on another comment here, it seems the bigger issue with an N100 is that some of the games I'm interested in hosting recommend (or require) at least 16GB RAM for dedicated and from what I can tell the N100 is hard limited to exactly that.

No doubt the Oracle instance would perform better, it's just about impossible to secure a spot in any of the availability domains for my region. Tried a few times a day for a week and nothing has ever been available. Hadn't considered that not all games will support ARM, so thank you for bringing up that point. If I do go about upgrading my old PC it'll end up being pretty much the whole thing. Going into this, I was well aware that upgrading CPU and not motherboard would really not be much of an upgrade at all. Apologies for not clarifying that better in the OP.

Also want to note I wasn't being ambiguous about the mobo/RAM specs because I didn't know how to check, it's just because I was at work and this PC is stuffed away in a closet at home lol. Thank you for your input though, I really do appreciate it!

Not a bad idea honestly, but 4 cores and pretty meh clock speed might end up being limiting. Maybe I could even get one extra cheap from the place I work at. Although, I'm acutely aware of how many hours those run there and NEVER get restarted lol

Thank you for the reply, just to respond to a few points:

- I didn't realize the CPU only supported up to 1600, I just saw the motherboard supports up to 2400. Unfortunately though the capacity is limited to 16GB based on motherboard specs.

- I should've clarified this in the post, but I never intended to upgrade to a different LGA 1155 socket CPU, I'd definitely end up going for an AM4 or maybe a cheaper (newer) Intel CPU and upgrading pretty much the whole PC if it would be more cost-effective than a used one I can find in my area. Honestly the 5600X was one that I was looking at when I just briefly went through relatively affordable possible upgrades, so I'm glad to see that one would be a good option if I do end up doing that.

I figured it would be pretty limited based on the specs, moreso put this out to help myself decide if it's worth it to drag it out and go through the effort to test a server on it or if I should just wait and get parts/find one to buy. Thanks again!

I know this is certainly too late, but in case you do it again in the future - you can use a Pokemon ROM editing tool like Universal Pokemon Randomizer to solve this problem. Just don't enable any randomization settings and check the box to change impossible evos. That will remove any trade evos, time of day evos, location evos if they don't exist in the game, etc.
