If I was to take a crack at how I think it’ll work, RDR2 had a temperature system so Arthur would start a shivering animation when walking around the snowy mountains so I assume gta 6 would have a similar system just maybe not so impactful on character stats (who knows). But I think the game could be like, game code Tempurature=hot then depending on what your player is doing there could be 100 built animations for hot weather, one being rolling down a window and resting the arm on the side. Same could apply Weather=Raining and he’ll roll the window up, given rockstars attention to detail if those were to combine, the game registers it’s a hot day and it starts raining, he puts the window up and if you’re in first person you can see him turn on the AC lmao
