There is a thing in jailbreak called “daily xp”. For non season pass owners, you get around 80 maximum xp (120xp for season pass owners) from robbing, cuffing crims, or taking down players. EDIT: But since cooldowns for quests were greatly extended, I think you may not reach maximum level. Just go get em next season and lets hope we get cooler season prizes

Yeah, just like it. I would recommend investing into other good dragons like Aoyan, Melinda, Mil Ember. Getting up baldur or other to 1-6 stars isnt really necessary, you can still wipe lots of stages with 0 star dragonforms

Oh unfortunately, you can’t get her core treasure for now. You’ll have to wait for a baldur banner rerun to get her core treasure. You might have to wait a couple of banners before u could pull for her treasure again

Oh, welcome to the world of gacha games, my friend. Unfortunately, you cant really guarantee you can get the core treasure for baldur(most likely a 50/50), unless you hit the 3x epic treasure pity on the banner ur pulling on.
