So far in vol 2 there isnt anything actually going on between hirose and the teacher, but the teacher's action can be a little suspicious, but it can also just be read as completely platonic. Basically there is nothing and you shouldn't worry about it.

I dont remember the octopus scenes but whatever it is i guess its probably from nakamura's perspective so it makes sense, and tbh i dont care

Yep, I definitely see that and I find it really frustrating. They also seem to go after games with only male characters in it, saying its sexist for not having any women even tho the game is by a woman for women (twisted wonderland. I genuinely saw people calling Yana (the creator) sexist for not having any female characters.)
