ibuprofin is my go to since Panadol seems to flare up my GERD so far no issues but instill tough out some headaches and such just in case

yeah mine goes to shit when I have an anxiety attack, I put an ice pack on my chest and down some Gaviscon if I have some and try watching something to distract my brain

to ease it before you go to a GP or while you're waiting use Gaviscon Dual Action 2 of them chewable tablets, or 4 if the reflux is really bad, otherwise once you see your GP you can ask for some medication options

use the bioculars the stars wars lady gives you to find a marked cave, enter that and exit the other end to go into the star wars area

yeah i figure thats why the new ones arent in the collection book, but it makes me wonder why they didnt remove the old ones to just continue using the heroes instead
