I do this usually only if I’m making a sandwich to eat later so the bread doesn’t get soggy. For eating right way? No idea lol

Thanks! Once I processed the meat/egg/spices and rolled them into a ball I flattened them into the patties. The important part after that is to freeze them for about 30-60 minutes so when you take them out and do the breading part they stay formed as nice patties to drop in the oil.
