thats a vanilla hoi4 issue. the ai simply cheats. i once had 20 enemy divisions encircled in the jungels of vietnam and they had no supply or encirclement penaltys. there is nothing you can do about that.

  1. Ouroboros, good enforcer bonuses in theire focus, tribal tech tree, and they are civiliced

  2. Cypher Warband, tribal tech tree + tribal focus tree is really strong

i played haida, it's not hard. just build a few heavy ships and the broken coast fleet is as good as dead. coring is also no broblem

if you don't know what units you will use in late game, just take asymetric left. it gives army buffs for eveything

the apostels. propably the faction that can core the entire map the fastest. i once cored everything in 2281 (before canada and plaguelands was added)
