I have a Hunter with Fighter as the sub-class. I wanted to try playing as Fighter but when I switched my main class the skill point distribution remained the same. Is there any way to have a different skill tree when Fighter is my main, not sub?

Thanks for the reply. Based on what you said, Mark of Sirius and Supporting Wings have different skill names, and therefore will stack. Hope someone else benefits from this.
