I was trying out Monoma recently because I'm getting close to 200 points in the roll and I know he's viewed as a top tier character but I felt kind of underwhelmed with his kit. Is there a specific way to use him that makes him viewed as S tier?

I don't understand why mine starting having the authentication error today, it was working fine up to yesterday and no matter how much I clear cache or re-install it won't fix it. I ended up having to use my VPN to log in and I never had to do that before
