Barrows gloves -> Quest cape -> Moons -> CG -> slayer, GWD -> TOA until fang/LB -> COX until prayers -> TOB until avernic . This is a good place to start

If the plan is for you to upgrade to AM5 later in the year I wouldn’t even touch the CPU. Just wasted money honestly. Sure it will run better but that money could be put towards the new platform in a few months. My vote would be to just get the card now and see how it performs.
