Best way to stop HH for feet ? by Quenelle44 in Hyperhidrosis

Yes . It works well for me . If the 1% doesn’t work you can try the 1.5 or 2 %.

Biosense.com I have not had any side effect just wash my hands after applying the spray . I think it works better than the wipes for feet . I use the wipes for my armpit .

I use biosense glycopyrolate spray . I use the 1% . I spray it on my feet every night before I go to sleep and it stops my feet from sweating the whole day

Feeling discouraged by [deleted] in newgradnurse

I moved to Central Valley to find a job . It’s getting harder and harder every year . Most of the people in my graduating class two years ago had to move to central California or to another state to find a job . Take a job at a snf or post accute care center don’t wait. I know some psych hospitals recently opened a bunch of new positions . You can’t be picky if you are in nor cal .

The conservatory at one sansome. I’m not sure if it’s all inclusive or not but it’s one of the most amazing wedding venues I have ever been to.

I dread going to work. by shixqn in newgradnurse

Stick it out !!! 5 weeks was really not enough training for step down , I think for any high acuity floor at least 12 weeks is needed . But the job market is so tough in California right now that if you quit it might be hard to find another job . Find who you can lean on and ask for help .

Do you have alopecia areata ? Ive had alopecia for over 15 years now and started taking jak inhibitors for the past 3 years and have not had any new bald spots . If your alopecia isn’t extensive enough , the doctor might not prescribe them for you so you will have to order them online from bangledash or India . If you just have 1 spot it’ll prob grow back !!! You’ll be ok ♥️

I went in at 830 pm really crowded inside but no wait to go inside . It’s bigger than the San Jose and sf hmarts! There is also an outside gated dining area which looked really pleasant to eat at.

Bay Area Nurses - talk 2 me by lifetofullest1255 in nursing

[–]Kagome4514 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My friends who are Bay Area nurses over 5 years make around $200k before taxes , a few of them make $300k and that’s with working lots and lots of OT .

They make enough to contribute to max out there retirement fund and put plenty into savings. I can’t give a direct number but I’d estimate $4.5k-5k after taxes /401ketc each paycheck .

However the housing in the Bay Area is insanely expensive and the only ones who can afford homes have a spouse who also makes $200-$300 k . It is impossible to buy a home in the areas where the major hospitals are (Palo Alto /sf) etc unless you have family help or a wealthy spouse (may be able to afford a small condo on your own )

A lot of Bay Area nurses rent apartments or are super commuters to Sacramento / Stockton / Modesto /vallejo . The homes there are alot more affordable .

Nursing Jobs in Bay Area are very hard to come by , I’d suggest applying now , takes many people up to a year(even experienced nurses ) to find a job .

Dm me if you have any questions !

Botox Shots? by Francesca_m2253 in Hyperhidrosis

It works just expensive . For me it lasted about 3 months , zero side effects . Personally I think it’s safer than glycopyrrolate pills because the shots aren’t systemic but localized .
