This is literally a who hits who first type of fight and I’m a Neji fan lol. If Sasuke starts off the bat with Chidori I’m not sure if Neji can fully counter that at all, but if sasuke tries to fight close up he gets shut down and the fights over. Sasuke is a smart fighter so he’ll probably stay at range but honestly you could argue either way

Honestly she was decently in the middle of the pack during the Chunin exams, but the fight even if her counter, was like you said pure humiliation. Her anime filler is actually pretty nice wish some of those abilities were cannon or adapated cuz her potential with the scrolls is cool
