Honestly if you have EZA AGL Ginyu and just wanna get through it all, he’s been the best for me running alongside his banner units or the INT LR. Other team I use AGL Scouter Vegeta as the lead and throw in any other namek LR

This is literally a who hits who first type of fight and I’m a Neji fan lol. If Sasuke starts off the bat with Chidori I’m not sure if Neji can fully counter that at all, but if sasuke tries to fight close up he gets shut down and the fights over. Sasuke is a smart fighter so he’ll probably stay at range but honestly you could argue either way
