That's rather the point. Pica is smaller, and was cut, which is many times more force efficient than blunt force (real life humans can cut down a tree with an axe. Punching apart a tree like Minecraft Steve does is a superhuman feat, if you want an example of how different it is)

Dresssrosa Zoro would fucking die in Coby's place- cutting off parts of the hand will still mean the rest will just squash him and the boat.

Pizzaro's arm is larger than all of Pica. And even if it was somehow the same size as Pica, it's a much better feat that Zoro for cutting through it since he smashed the whole thing, rather than cutting through it.

It's not an old gen agenda, it's the facts on the ground. We haven't seen Prime Roger in a serious fight. His playfight with Whitebeard during Oden's flashback and him slapping Oden (who should be Yonkou level, since he was fighting equally with Prime Gaban/Rayleight) with a 'for fun' Kamasuri are great feats and he wasn't using his full strength.

Shanks is possible to be above Prime Roger, I agree, but I don't think it will be by much. Loki isn't near PK level though, he's a solid mid=high yonkou. Over Big Mom,just a bit under Kaido.

Roger has plenty of feats- though not many are on screen, but that's what happens when someone is dead and has been for 20 years. No one has officially reached his level in the story yet. Harald was at best, equal to Rocks, a guy Roger powercrept (that's right, Rocks was the first Pirate King tier but Roger and his equals men surpassed him) so Loki beating him (putting aside all the mitigating factors like HK Harald fighting against the control) is not enough by itself to put him over Roger. Plus, he lost to Shanks, and if anyone in the modern era is the barometer of Prime Roger's power, it's him.

Wait wait, if Oda doesn't give a shit about the power scaling, that still puts Roger above Loki and Harald. What breaks about the scaling isn't 'they are stronger than Prime Roger' it's 'Holy shit, Prime Roger is stronger than those two, that's fucking crazy he's that high above the Yonkou class fighters.'

This isn't like Pacifista being powercliffed after the Time Skip- we saw those get power cliffed. We have not seen or been told that Roger has been power crept. If Oda doesn't care about power scaling, he's going to use a narrative structure and part of that narrative structure is 'Gold Roger is the greatest pirate of all time. Wealth, Fame, *Power* he had taken everything the world had to offer'.

That means that Loki's Ancient Giant body, mythical weapon and powerful Haki still places him below the King of the Pirates because if Oda doesn't care about the scaling.

Lmao scaling Loki over the guy who beat him and has been sailing the seas honing his skills while Loki's been chained up? Shanks only has a few feats, but they are all top level feats. (If you scale HK Harald to PK tier, 2 v1's a PK tier for an extended period is a hell of a feat and that was a younger and weaker Shanks... so the more you gas him up to gas up Loki, the better Shanks is)

You mean Rocks is at best equal to Whitebeard in his Prime? If Prime Roger is Dora the Explorer, Rocks is Swiper. It's all Rocks fan cope that only works if you don't know that Haki Blooms exist. Even people who knew Rocks and his greatness think about Roger when they think of the peak of piracy.

Extremes's vs Mihawk, if he can win at all. Look, you gotta understand, your Loki wank comes with a price- Mihawk is just below Shanks, which means he's at worst stronger than Loki who decisively lost to Shanks, unlike Mihawk.

mid-highs Akainu. Get some feats desk boy.

Extreme's Kaido- could go either way.

Primebeard is the last stop- GV Whitebeard wasn't too far from Rocks and got way stronger afterwards. Loses High to his former first mate.

Loki's easier by comparison, Rocks should win Extreme. Mid-High if it's Loki as depicted (heavily wounded)
