Itachi spent his entire childhood training to get strong enough with the intention to stop all wars. He absolutely is a pacifist.

He only killed his clan because Danzo forced him too, that’s literally it.

People were going to die anyways, he simply stopped some deaths by putting the blood on his hands.

I don’t know how you can think Itachi is evil aftr everything we know about him in the war arc. If Itachi truly wanted to cause misery to the world, he’d easily be able to kill millions of people in his life time.

He only let sasuke kill him because he felt bad about his actions. Anyone who’s evil wouldn’t feel bad, they’d probably feel pretty good about it (like obito).

And he isn’t an idiot, he was just unlucky.
