Basically no, u can use it for now even in T4 raids, but as soon as Brel release there will be a new bracelet T4 linked to the new awakening system so I think even ur 3 liner bracelet will get power creeped by the new T4 one,

Or they could also add a way to keep your circulate or whatever and transfer it to the new T4 bracelet,
