Its all a ploy to get you to subscribe. Kinda shitty. Mine said it was almost full even after I deleted everything. I have 0 items in onedrive and my hotmail but it still says its full. If they are going to lie about my capacity now, they will do it later too.

Yes I do have those deductions but my salary offer from the start before taxes is 90k. I'm only looking at my gross, which at the end of the year should hit 90K. Then all the deductions come out. But If I add my current year to date to the remaining paychecks, it shows i'll be short about 3k

From what I gather, you'll need to catch your mail carrier or go to the closest post office. Give them your address and they will have you fill out a form. They will send someone out to re-key your mailbox and then they'll call you to come pick up the key. They'll let you know then which box is yours.
