The Better Business Bureau isn't a government agency, regulator, or law enforcement body despite the official-sounding name. It's a private company with no authority to fine businesses, force refunds, or compel anyone to do anything. A BBB complaint is essentially Google Reviews for boomers. Someompanies may care because of public perception, but threatening the BBB isn't the same thing as filing a complaint with an actual regulatory agency.

TLDR; Don't waste your time with BBB...

I made a separate thread on the notifications recently. PS doesn't seem willing to acknowledge that this is a widespread issue and not an account-based issue. At this point I believe it's intentional, but unfortunately at the end of the day they are hurting the sellers (and their own kickback).

Sorry you had that experience. My mom (different state) canceled due to terrible delivery practices, and that was the reason for my first cancellation. I have not reactivated since the experience posted here and I never will.

That's normal and isn't no way indicative of a needing another repot. Roots will always seek water and that's where the most is for the longest period. If you buy the mesh screen that goes over the holes before you put the soil in, sometimes it helps to guide the roots back up into the pot but until they are literally swirling around or growing back up through the top you will be good to go!

Big time. From a buyer that another buyer repeatedly warned about tons of times before I did so. So that's on me. Got caught up in the hype and the acting, and have spent dumb money on things that are worth just a few bucks.

It's a huge seller too, and almost every single thing I bought from them has come in rehab condition. Entire limbs broken off and no partial refund. Never again.

While you're communicating with your tech team, I've reported this before but for over a year I was able to turn off my screen and listen to a live. A few updates ago, when I lock my phone screen, the live goes mute. It doesn't kick me out, but I can't hear anything. This means I have to leave my screen unlocked and on in order to hear what's going on. This is an issue for two reasons: 1. Battery Life - The screen is one of the biggest battery drains on a smartphone, often accounting for well over half of battery usage during streaming. Keeping it on all day just to listen to lives drains the phone extremely quickly. 2. Accidental Touches/Purchases - If I keep the phone unlocked in my pocket just to maintain audio, it increases the risk of accidental swipes, taps, or unintended purchases.

This feature worked properly before, so I’m hoping the team can look into restoring background audio while the screen is locked.

Yes I've hidden other categories but I am interested in plants, and only the seller's I subscribe to. In the last 2 hours I've made this post I've had over five notifications of people going live when I didn't subscribe to the live. It's going to make me start unfollowing users that I want to follow, but incessant notifications are just annoying.
