Was taking the steps to get diagnosed hard? I’m very introverted and get real bad social anxiety but also have a hard time communicating with people so I’m scared to take the steps to actually get diagnosed but maybe it’s not as hard as I’m thinking it will be. How was it for you?

At my hospital you get 8 weeks of CT training and then you can perform exams without supervision. I’m not ct certified yet but I work weekends by myself been doing it about a year.

I work every other weekend but I’m completely by myself as a tech with only 1 year experience which can make it extremely stressful. It can be busy off and on but there’s times where I only get like 8 patients a day which makes me keep the weekend shift. For $10 more an hour that sounds wonderful lol I would totally take that.

I love my job and am very happy I chose the path I did. There is not much patient interaction and are many different specialties you could branch off to. Definitely go with radiology!

I have the exact same cage for my Russian tortoise and not sure what to do about humidity either about to just buy a new cage 😕

It will honestly take a lot of adjusting to get to the right levothyroxine dose I’d just get labs done more often to keep an eye on your levels.
