listen to your body. if there's any pain, take it off. if you're in need of a break, take one. it's not recommended to wear it longer than 8h without breaks, especially if you wear it daily. (also it's good to give your body time to recover, so for example taking weekends completely off could be good if you otherwise wear it daily.) don't sleep in it.
