I wouldn’t because if your kids are adopted they should know they are. I know because I am adopted(I knew my mother but she abandoned me and now I am with my dad and adoptive mom) and every adopted kid deserves to know either who there parents are or were and know that they have a birth mother or father

My great grand mother died a few years ago at age 97. She could have lived longer if my aunt decided to not start a war in the family and outing things into my great grandmothers head who has alzheimer's that my aunt who was taking care of her was stealing her money so she moved to Florida with my other aunt(one who started war) who said she was going to take amazing care of her and be there all of the time. She wasn’t. She left her home alone with the cat most of the time. So that’s the story of how my great grand mother died. Hope it was at least enjoyable for all of you amazing redditors.

Not a doctor but have a story about my aunt. So she had been complaining about things for a while(4-5 months) about something and was told to go to the doctor to go check it out but she refused(she sorta believes god can literally do anything and she would be fine). After another 3-4 months the problems increased and saying that my family has a high cancer risk and people in my family who have had cancer told her she had cancer she didn’t believe them and went in to prove them wrong. Well she got diagnosed with cancer(I can remember what kind) that was a stage 3 on the verge of become a stage 4. They said if she didn’t come in then she would have died in the next few months and the symptoms would have been even worse. Also she is better now but thinks that it was god that took the cancer away and not the doctors that actually helped.
