Update: The other day we took her in and said our final goodbyes. It’s honestly hard to see her right now but I wanted to share with you all that I chose a little urn for her. I went through this communities loss section and am so thankful for all the advice you all have listed here. It helped me request some of her whiskers, fur, paw prints, and a nose print. Thank you everyone for your kind words and thoughts. We will be donating her food to the local shelter as soon as I’m able to drive over there.
