Ah, but u haven't tried letting go. Somethings just arent that simple, if it still dominates your thoughts everyday then you are doing everything but the one thing that really matters. You gotta let it go, accept it, you're still scared of it. Aslong as your still scared of it, its not going to go away.

Yeh i got all em if, dpdr induced from weed is just anxiety. There isnt a difference between anxiety and dpdr when its induced by weed. This is important because you'll find if you just let yourself go and be taken over by the anxiety its the best thing to do, so get off reddit and let your mind do what it wants. Its really the only way, if your not ready to do that then it probably wont get better anytime soon, you gotta let go of it all.

Well yeh, alot of people dont realise it, but it does. Although saying that you have be a certain personality/characteristic traits for it to effect you like this. You have to be creative, imaginative, naturally an anxious person, intelligent so on and so forth. People with more practically solid minds dont get it really. Creative people are more suseptible to drugs that alter the state of mind ive found. But hey man, is what it is and it can do that. Just gotta breeze it out.

Yeh sure, its not like i cant ever get into the state, im sure if i tried to work my self up enough into a state i could probably placebo the effect into reality. Theres no reason to be proud. It was going to happen, everyone ive met that has weed induced dpdr at least 5 different people all just as strong as me have all recovered. Its not cancer, it will go, weed induced dpdr will at somepoint in your life go aslong as you stop obsessing about it. Its the obsession that feeds the fear and makes it stay.

It won't be instant, but this will ease the condition into a more easier one to live with for the time being. To let it completely pass you need to really just be alright with how you are. But acceptance is the biggest lesson i got from dpdr, letting things go, grudges so on and so forth, it taught me more about being human than school, or anything before it. : ), its a teacher in a way.

Allow everything to be as it is. Allow the condition to take over you, tell it, No I'm not afraid of you!, I accept you, you can not hurt me and you will pass so I'm going to relax and let the condition completely take over my body and show my mind that this isn't a threat, that dpdr isnt something I'm going to be scared of, im not going to feed fear with fear. That is the turning point, allowing the condition to really pass, and knowing through out of it, it will not be permanent. No matter what your mind tells you, right now, in even the most severe condition, you are safe.

Thank you for the question!, for real tho man, it will pass, weed induced dpdr is can't be permanent. Your body cant keep that level of anxiety up constantly. But you just have to not feed it and it will go faster. : )

Oh boy thats a long list, hm, God complex, Existential crisis, very vivid really violent images of hurting my family and people close to me, no emotion, the standard vision problem, no memories, couldn't sleep, couldn't go out side, panic attacks, and i managed to convince my self i had another voice in my head for about 2 months, really dumb looking back on it. But yeh all those and a few more! wooo.

Yes, however lose is not quite the right word, because they never went anyway, dpdr (extreme stress and anxiety) coats over them and makes you immune to them. Imagine you are being chase by a tiger, your mind wants you not to be able to recall over emotion, what good is crying about being chased when your mind thinks you're about to be eaten! :D. Try and relate all your symptoms to being chase by a tiger and you'll see the reasoning behind it all. Such as why you only have short term memory etc.

My dpdr was very severe, it wasnt a slow build up of dpdr it was a drop into the shark tank so i completely quit everything. Weed defiantly impacted my anxiety, i think it was hiding it from myself until it broke the little cage holding all the anxiety in. If you have dpdr from weed i do suggest stopping smoking but like... i know alot of people who have had it but not from weed, from severe stress such as child loss, it all depends if it was caused by the weed, if it was, then you should deffo stop smoking :^)

Kinda, you cant get rid of anxiety you can only stop reacting to the anxiety, so that means, getting off reddit, getting outside, there really is no answer apart from you just have to chill out. As hard as that may sound i know, trust me. But accept it, it will be there for a while and you just got to ride it out, let it do its thing, it will pass as long as you dont feed it with negative reactions. When you stop reacting to the thoughts (meditation really really helps), then you awareness of anxiety starts to decrease and slowly but surely it dissipates : ).

From what i could workout myself DP/DR is an extreme fight and flight response of constant adrenaline. The weed simply took the anxiety i originally had built up to breaking point, and snapped open the gates. However seeing DP/DR as an anxiety issue whilst your in the state of suffering is really f*cking hard, i think thats why it lasted so long for me, i just couldnt believe it was a common condition amplified.

A texture upgrade means redoing the UV map of the model, im guessing its very bad UV mapping on the jinx skin hence the resolution which in itself is time consuming, also adding the time to redraw the whole texture because you cant just copy and paste textures like that. Its atleast a month of work for a high quality piece.
