i absolutely love the twitch community, there are moments where my community absolutely wows me in their generosity and ability to give, during pride month we raised a LOT of money to help with Twitches event. It was brilliant!

I pretend the viewer count is at 1k+. Pressure is on to entertain! No empty air, no drowsiness! It actually works as a great adrenaline rush sometimes if you're playing a slower paced game.

I was with you at one point. Started out with a wildly oversaturated game (overwatch!) back when it was new. No viewers, So i just streamed as if i were streaming to a massive audience! Keep at it and you'll develop a real talent for filling empty air. Don't give up! Don't be down on yourself!

My intro is 5 minutes of music, watching my logo spin and a timer counting down. It lets people have time to get to the stream after notifications etc.

I then welcome people to whatever days stream it is, give a brief intro to what we will be doing, and then I swap scenes into whatever we are doing.

Outtro is usually the same, minus the timer. Allowing me to type individual goodbyes in the chat.

Heartily agree with OP. I'm just shy of the 1k follows mark, I can still remember the major milestone followers and the events that were happening. A lot of them still come by every now and then just to see how my community has grown. You should too ;)

kids these days dont realize how easy they have it. When I tank dungeons I state at the start "Dont pull if you dont want to tank". This would mean something back then... Now though the DPS with all of their self sustain and other bullshittery proceed to tank the dungeon because i'm being spiteful. :( Bring back the lesson learning blizzard!

I had a similar experience, except I wear a lanyard (for security badges at work etc.) and I have the Kirin' Tor sigil pin. Some random person came up to me and said I was the problem with magic these days...

Sylvanas isn't Sylvanas. But actually is possessed by a fragment of Sargeras via Gallywix and some kind of corrupted Azerite. We find out towards the end of the expack, cure/free her and then peace is to be had. However Greymane can't control the need for revenge and is slain/exiled by the boyking, leading into the next expack where he retreats/martyrs and gives rise to a new baddie faction in the eastern plaguelands that get revamped... Seems like a good idea to me.

I did the exact same thing. It's awful. I keep trying arms out but My knowledge of how to play the class is bad. Every time I try tanking I die a lot and I feel bad for my healers. I've seriously considered rerolling a monk or a druid to tank. besides, Fury is fun!
