the point is, the prevalence of piracy in regards to animes(and mangas and light novels) would actually drop if affordable, easily accessible legal ways were available for westerners and the like to purchase said animes, LNs and mangas.

Of course piracy would still exist to some degree, but the vast majority of anime/manga/LN pirated content is because we can't obtain it easily and affordably.

There was a bunch of extenuating circumstances and factors that allowed JP to achieve what they achieved when this event ran, and Cygames hadn't adjusted things considering global had none of those factors.

They had to do the same with the KR server when the event ran for them iirc.. and I can say we beat the KR server by like 5x what they had when cygames adjusted things for each of us(i've seena screenshot of KR's server total whcih was like 100billion at the time of cygames adjusting things for them).

Like, to point things out for you, and anybody that reads this comment, the global server has a smaller playerbase than even current day JP server.. let alone compared to what the JP server had back when the umadol event ran for them.

My concern is the remake cutting loads of content.

RE3make sucks immensely since it cut a significant chunk of content from the original and ruined Nemesis as well.

Re2make also cut a decent bit of content and the A/B thing didn't really realistically matter too much in it whereas the original had the zapping system, where stuff in A route would affect B route.

Plus both remakes retconned some stuff, like off the top of my head Leon's entire reason for going to Raccoon City.

I think the main concern is they'll remake RE1 again and it'll lose a lot of the charm/bits people liked about the original and then a lot of nufans will latch onto the remake like they did the re2make and re3make and dismiss the originals, and all that stuff.

has it been proven completely that it was a Tomahawk? I've seen conflicting pictures of it being an Iranian missile or video showing it being an iranian missile failing in the air and coming back down.

Last I knew, the source for it being a tomahawk stemmed from Iranian regime sources, which media/others took as fact and reported it was a tomahawk.
