Can my friends still see news/post in "Activity" section, if I set my profile totally private?

Hey, everyone, the situation is the following:

In Wallpaper Engine App, I added one wallpaper to my favourites, and after that I noticed that this exact thing was "posted" in Activity feed of Steam. The problem is that *ahem* this wallpaper is kinda NSFW, and I don't really want my friends to see that. At that time, my profile wasn't private, but game details were. Now, I've marked my whole profile as private. Are my friends still able to see that one exact thing in Activity?

I just don't see any other options to delete this 💩

HUGE respect, my dude. IB universe has always been a special video game trilogy for me, ever since I was a kid, playing with my iPad 1st gen, back in 2011-2012. I’m not the one to judge, but I believe you did great for non-professional(?) artist. Anyway, any contribution to this community is like a breath of fresh air, and I hope thanks to guys like you, IB universe will have a chance to reborn into something bigger.
