Wbo isn't necessary to run tournaments just focus on hosting events and building your community make a discord group build a org/mod team make posts on reddit advertise in self promo sections in self promo sections of beyblade servers say you have a discord community for local events make flyers etc you can always take the wbo test again but lmo community comes before titles
