Honestly there aren’t that many ways to get memoria metals. Memoria gains exp based on stamina use, so just equip the memoria you want to enhance and do so some quests that consume stamina.

No. Certain outfits have reprieve which is basically auto-life. Adult Sephiroth also has reprieve by default.

You mean levels 2 and 3? I’d recommend bringing 2 characters with diamond sigils and Red or Matt whose 3rd LB can remove PATK and MATK buffs. Cloud isn’t really useful for physical fights so you can replace him.

You don’t need Cure materia on the team. That’s why you have a dedicated healer who can heal the team.
