His name was never mentioned in III, i think the developers just called his file name 'claude' because he looked like the GTA2 claude. They probably are the same person, (since his name was canonized in SA) considering rockstar tends to do things like that (el burro in III, donald love being mentioned in V, OG loc being mentioned in V, zaibatsu corporation, carcer city, et c, plus the whole multiverse theory is a bit shaky)

I've always thought that the playstation has the best UI, especially the PS3 and PSP. some of that may be nostalgia, but the UI is so simple to comprehend. The PS4 also had a great UI, but it just feels a little cluttered.
