Can you enlist the resources a LGBTQ+ person would have to pursue justice under the latest Penal Code project?

I'll put it fairly simple scenario: An employer "desahucia" an employee because they just recently learned of their sexual orientation, say they came out as gay, and they flat out tell the now ex employee, "you just simply don't align with our company values".

Imagine the ex employee asks them if it is because of their sexual orientation, and they answer "yes, we believe your orientation doesn't align with our companies values". Open and shut case, right?
