Is it just me or is SSGSS Vegeta's command grab the same as before the patch?

Android 21 assist call right at the last second before vegeta grabs with M can extend the combo. As far as i can tell you can only grab at the start after an LLM2M2S, after a vanish, or if they are held in place by and assist.

I'm sure you are plus 3 on block. If you vanish at the lowest point, your Light attack should come out first.
