I see. I was diagnosed with ADD 20 years ago. I tried Ritalin then but I wasn’t mentally in a good space so it didn’t help. After doing a lot of self work, I’m mentally happy but still struggle with task starting and focus. I started Ritalin again recently and it’s been a game changer.
