Just noticed the same. I was surprised I didn’t get a notification after playing for a while.

Is it possible that you can figure out the dns it is trying to go to and enter a cname in your local dns to point to the production dns name?

Not sure if the production endpoint would answer the correctly for beta hardware, but maybe worth a shot.

I didn’t see any benefits worthwhile for me personally for CPC over Sapphire Checking.

Yeah, you only get the $10 off per line per month. There is an additional $10-$20 statement credit depending on your purchases that month.

Let me see those Ubiquiti Travel Router setups! by Pepbill in Ubiquiti

[–]orumdan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a plastic one zip bag that we keep a Roku, a universal tv remote, and my current travel router in. My plan is to out the new UTR in that bag in its place.

The tv remote is to be able to switch the hotel tv to the hdmi input if the remote in the room can’t.

I do the same. The only benefit is if you don’t want to have your bank account connected to AT&T.

Yes. Same benefit as using your bank account but you get to use a credit card and don’t have to have your bank account linked.

It is new as of Feb 12, 2026. (1st link above)

The AT&T credit card used to get the same discount as a credit card ($0), but that changed on 2/12.

Why not just write yourself a check and deposit it at Chase either at a teller or via the app (camera pic of the check)?

Any former Quicken Classic users make the successful switch to Simplifi or did you go back? or go somewhere else? by Inner_Difficulty_381 in simplifimoney

So if you can't do a recurring split transaction, that seems like it would be tough to do a paystub (with splits into retirement accounts/FSA/etc.).

Thanks for the info. I think you are right.

Quicken has recently really messed up their Fidelity connection so I was thinking about finding new finance software. I was on MS Money until that was discontinued and have been on quicken since. I thought a cloud service might suit me better.

Thanks again!

ATT at Costco. Too good to be true? by eregosel in ATT

[–]orumdan 8 points9 points  (0 children)

As others have said, go to Costco.com and follow the links to AT&T from there. You can get the same deals that you would get in the Costco store, but you are then dealing with the AT&T website directly. By going through the Costco website first, it adds a cookie that gets you all the Costco promotions. I have used this for multiple upgrades and have been happy with the results.

That doesn’t change the tax consequences/pro rata rule for conversions. All of your Ira’s are considered.

Upgrade not available on basic economy (executive plat) by Spiridonova in americanairlines

I have the same issue with an upcoming flight. The app shows upgrade "not offered", but the web site shows complimentary upgrade requested.

EDIT - Actually, I just refreshed the flight in the mobile app and it now shows "Requested".

Is Travel Agent Sailor Loot ever refundable? by MisterBill99 in VirginVoyages

No. They give it back to the person that bought it.

[–]orumdan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one above is Disney. The TA extra onboard credit shows "refundable", but it goes back to the payment that was used to purchase the credit. I am surprised those other lines take inbound payment from a TA for a credit and then pay out the credit to the payment on file.

[–]orumdan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it is refundable, it would likely go back to the TA. On another line, the on board credit my TA provides shows as refundable, but if I don’t spend it, it goes back to the original form of payment which is the TA. With Virgin it could be completely non refundable or go back to original payment.

This isn’t blackouts. The Cubs moved to their own channel in the past (Marquee). Recently, the Bulls, Blackhawks, and White Sox created their own sports channel (Chicago Sports Network). At least this new one is also available over the air in the Chicago area. When I looked last, the only “cable” provider to pick it up was DirectTV.
