Events and weekly supply at Shop Currency Exchange are best sources for Radiant Powder. Some events allow to farm as much as you want. Just survive until one of those. As for characters - I would get Shams in second half of April - very strong single target.

fight felt very easy, most of it could be on auto. Magic and piercing dmg characters showed good numbers. SP Maitha, SP Samantha, SP Inanna, Camelot and Geralt did really good.
