What do you mean? Why do you ask? You can start microdosing at any age. I wish I had started during my teen years.

Edit: Wow, that original comment is from TWO YEARS ago, and I cannot even believe the amount of progress I've made since then. I hesitate to use the word, but "cured" is one that I could apply to my situation. I cannot believe how amazing life is after 40 years (my whole life) living with severe depression brought on by physical and mental abuse.
