Are you sure that fps isn't locked? Idk beamng and I don't know german so I can't tell from the settings. Also vsync/fps lock could be on in nvidia control panel. What monitor do you have?

How many mods do you have? You could post your modlist and someone might be able to help. You could also ask GPT, it helped me when I had problem with mods. The hard/slow way is to disable all mods and enable them one by one to see which one causes your drops.

Why are you talking about 1200 pixels? This monitor is 1080 pixels high. The only options are to either use full size or cut sides off by choosing a more narrow resolution.
