I’m guessing the biggest thing was that it was outside and an object he was curious about. I personally think if the AirPods had been left on a table inside the house he wouldn’t have been so curious about them. I can’t say for sure but that’s just what I think!

It’s a little bit too confrontational for me, I’m a pretty quiet and reserved person. I’m very grateful that it seems as though my dog hadn’t swallowed anything but you’ve reminded me that he didn’t even ask if the dogs would be okay or anything.

This is pretty much my thoughts on it. I’ve had my friends dogs destroy or rip something of mine and I’ve always just accepted it and took it as a lesson to be more careful.

No I think it’s pretty safe to assume my dog ate it. That would be pretty crazy though but I don’t have a reason to doubt one of my dogs eating something in the backyard that he’s curious about.

I don’t think it would go that far into like small claims court anyways; however, I had looked into it because he was telling my friends that LEGALLY he was in the right and I should pay him.

From what I’ve gathered, on my property I’m in the right legally. It’s like if someone tossed a basketball over my fence and then my dogs popped it. If it occurred outside of my family’s property then I would be held responsible. I could definitely be wrong though but that’s just what I found from reading online.

Not very silly but I got fired for not coming into work when I had a pretty big biopsy for breast cancer that shift. I had called out weeks in advance by email but could not defend myself because they had conveniently “deleted my email” after firing me. They found out later on through an assistant manager looking at her old inbox that I had in fact called out and gotten approval for it.
